How To Make Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice



INGREDIENTS

Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
One cup of teriyaki sauce
Two tablespoons oil
One and a half cup of onion, diced
4 teaspoons of garlic, minced
Half cup of carrots, diced
One cup broccoli florets
Three eggs, beaten
Three cups of cooked brown rice
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
One tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

1. Marinate your chicken in teriyaki sauce and refrigerate it for an hour.
2. Add your chicken in the teriyaki marinade and cook thoroughly in your wok or deep skillet, over high heat. Then set aside.
3. In the same Wok or deep skillet, pour the oil and cook your onions, garlic, and carrots for about 3 minutes.
4. Pour in your broccoli and cook an additional 5 minutes. Push all your cooked vegetables to the side of the wok.
5. Pour your beaten eggs into the cleared half of the pan. Scramble your eggs and stir with the rest of the cooked vegetables.
6. Pour in your cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked chicken into the same wok or pan. Stir well and let the rice cook until slightly crispy.
7. Serve
