Life is interesting when you know how to take care of yourself. There are different types of self-care, but I am going to break it all down for you step by step. Showing you the ones to spend time on and

Physical Type Of Self Care.

Sleep: Sleeping is very important to take time every day to have a nap separate from your night sleep. It can be for just 15 minutes a day or 1 hour a day depending on your workload.

Stretching: This is not even hectic exercise, Take time to do some stretching every day.  it must release you from stress and other things. To me, I see stretching is a way of expressing yourself physically.

Walking: Walking has so many benefits both physically and emotionally, taking a long work a day is very beneficial to the body. Walk for about 20 minutes a day.

Healthy Food:  What you put in there is what shows on the outside. If your feeling stress, tired, and fatigue check what you are eating, 60 to 80 percent of the time it is because of what we are eating. So eat well to avoid fast food.

Rest: The famous scripture says on the 7th day God rested. Rest is vital for our bodies.

Emotional Type Of Self Care.

Stress Management: You have the control, eliminate what gives you stress, and implement what makes you happy. Where avoiding a stressful situation is impossible because that may be an important aspect of your life, Then you can limit it or control the way you react to it.

Emotional Maturity: Emotional Maturity basically means, Telling your emotions you're in charge. Where your emotions no longer control you but you control it. For example, choosing not to get angry.

Forgiveness:  I know you have heard this before but I would tell you again forgiveness is not for the person who hurt you but for you. When you choose to Forgive you let go, and letting go is doing away with stress, Vinum, anger, hatred, revenge, disappointment the list goes on.

Compassion And Kindness: Showing compassion to others is a way of taking good care of others and yourself. Yes, I said yourself, you love more when you show compassion, it makes you feel good. And that good feeling does well to the soul. Be kind.

Laugh More: Thank God there are videos and videos on things that make us laugh. It's on the internet, you don't need to go far to find it anymore. Talk with people that make you laugh, watch comedies. The bible says Laughter doeth good like a medicine.


Spiritual Type Of Self Care.

Spend Time Alone With God: Use this time to pray and listen, Sing praises, leave on worship songs and magnify God (thank God).

Meditate: Read the bible and meditate on it. Do this in your quiet time, that is the whole point of meditation it should be quiet.

Journaling: Journal things down, It will amaze you what will be revealed to you when you settle down to journal.

Nature: Enjoy nature take a minute to hear the birds sing, sounds of the waves, the sound of the trees shaking, the feeling you get from the breeze the smell from the rain. Man, Life is interesting. Also, remember to thank God for his creation.

Personal Type Of Self Care.

Hobbies: You remember the bucket list, your not kicking any bucket soon but make sure to do things you love. Go out have fun or stay indoors and also have fun.

Knowing Your Self: Take time to know your self, you can write down your likes and dislikes Or your strengths and weaknesses. This will help improve your capabilities.

Personal Identity: Who are you? you are who God says you are ( the way he made you is perfect), remember God does not make mistakes. Know your what, evaluate yourself, trust yourself, Improve yourself, and appreciate yourself.

Honoring Your True self: Take time to pamper your self, appreciate yourself. Celebrate the little and the big wins you make in life, Take the losses as a lesson and a chance to do better.


Financial Type Of Self Care.

Saving:  Take some money aside to save for the rainy day. It does not have to be a rainy day, saving is important in many ways. Your savings can be used to settle a need in the future or and investment you will make in the future.

Budgeting: Also very important, this is how to take care of yourself financially. When you budget your income you spend wisely.budgeting is a form of money management.

Paying Bills. Pay your bills, You don't want to be kicked out. I always say the first thing to do when money comes is to pay your bills or put money aside to pay your bills. When everything is paid off you don't have any financial stress, you can relax knowing you owe nobody.

Work Type Of Self Care.

Time Management: You have a lot of things to do, you must manage your time.

Work Boundaries: Set Boundaries, what to do, and whatnot. These can be applied to people as well.

Positive Work Space: A positive workspace is very important, that's where the people's boundaries come in.

Learning: Do more learning, read to get smart.

Breaktime: Take breaks, all work without play makes Jack a dull boy, so you see break time is important. Take food breaks, bathroom breaks, relaxing breaks whatever is needed for your well being.

Environment (Space) Type Of Self Care.

For your space safety comes first.

Healthy Environment: Create a healthy living environment, clean your environment make it safe, if any remove hazards.

Security: Get security and stability, for some, that means moving to a safe neighborhood, for some, it is getting proper locks for doors and windows, for some, it is hiring bodyguards.

Organized Space: No clutter; if you notice when things are well organized, you think better and faster. Put each item where it should be, let there be free movement and your life will be easy.
